What data we process

• When you buy: your email address and payment details are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Legal basis: performance of contract. Purchase records are kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires (7 years).
• When you sign up for updates or the free sample: your email address, to send you what you asked for and occasional newsletters. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us, and your address will be deleted.
• Visitor statistics: we keep anonymous, aggregated statistics (page, country, traffic source, device type). No cookies are used for this, no IP addresses are stored, and the data cannot be tied to you as a person.

• Stripe (payments) — see Stripe's privacy policy.
• Vercel (hosting of the website).

We never sell your data.

Cookies

The website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. During payment, Stripe may set cookies that are necessary to complete the purchase securely.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email klimakteriehandboken@gmail.com and we will help you. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
